(experimental)

Add the method PrintLayout::convertPixmapToGrayscale()
to convert a rendered profile pixmap to grayscale.
It will probably be faster to have
ProfileGraphicsView render in grayscale under certain
conditions (and use a specific color table) instead -
e.g.:

ProfileGraphicsView::setPrintMode(bool printMode,
	bool useGrayScale);
