Lubomir I. Ivanov 36314a86f8 qt-models: remove obsolete printer related classes ...

The profileprintmodel.cpp/.h and the
tableprintmode.cpp/.h pairs are obsolete.

The print layouting is now handled via the Grantlee library
and HTML.
