Monty Taylor f37f428762 cleanup: capitalize use dc 
It was suggested in a review of a previous patchset that we should
capitalize the use of "use dc" to "Use DC" - but if we were going
to do that we should do it everywhere, not just in the one place.

This is the followup to do that.
