Tomaz Canabrava 688276b6f2 Fix moving the ToolTip box with the mouse. ...

When I changed the way that the tooltip box behaved,
I accidentaly 'ate' the mouseMoveEvent, it was being
used only to show tooltips instead of everything
that it should have. this simple patch fixes it.
