Andrey Zhdanov 3be1358b46 Icons for new profile 
Existing dummy icons are replaced with new ones for:
- o2 graph
- n2 graph
- He graph
- MOD
- EAD, EED, END
- DC reported ceiling
- calculated ceiling
- calculated ceiling in 3m increments
- SAC
- ruler

Fixes #446
