printing: make meandepth available to print templates

Adding additional exported value meandepth to be available in the print
template language.

A possible use of this would be

<td class="fieldTitle">
    <h1> Max / mean depth </h1>
</td>
<td class="fieldData">
    <p> {{ dive.depth }} / {{ dive.meandepth }} </p>
</td>
