Add support for the Deepblu Cosmiq+
The Deepblu Cosmiq+ uses a plaintext and line based communication protocol over BLE, where the binary payload data is encoded as hexadecimal characters. Based-on-code-by: Linus Torvalds <torvalds@linux-foundation.org>
