Merge upstream libdivecomputer updates by Jef Driesen:

 - fix HW Sport and Mares Genius firmware update

 - Windows Visual Studio build updates

 - Various parser updates:
    - sporasub depth, salinity and sample rate parsing
    - Atomics Cobalt atmospheric pressure parsing
    - unit cleanups (Uwatec, McLean Extreme)
